01

Who handles your information

Swift Shield Enterprise, operating as Swift Shield Shop in Ghana, uses personal information to operate this online shop. Contact swiftshieldshop@gmail.com with privacy questions or select Privacy request in the contact form.

02

Information you provide

At checkout we collect your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, ordered items, chosen variants and quantities. We retain order and payment references, amounts and transaction statuses. Payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVVs and mobile-money PINs are handled by the payment provider, not collected through our shop forms.

Contact and feedback forms collect your name, email, topic, optional order reference and the message you choose to send. Required fields allow us to respond; without delivery and contact details we cannot fulfil an order. Do not include sensitive payment credentials in a message.

03

Why we use it

We use order details to take payment, prepare and deliver purchases, maintain transaction records, prevent misuse and resolve returns or disputes. We use support messages to answer your questions and improve the shop.

Order-related SMS and delivery emails are service communications. Submitting an order or contact form does not enrol you in a marketing mailing list. Feedback is private; we will request permission before publishing a testimonial.

04

Service providers

Paystack processes online payments. Resend sends service and contact emails; website contact and feedback messages are delivered to our Gmail support inbox. Arkesel handles order-related SMS. Delivery partners receive the details needed to deliver your order.

The website and API hosting providers process data needed to run the service. Cloudinary stores and serves product images. If Google Analytics is enabled, it receives browsing and interaction information used to understand website usage. These services may process information outside Ghana. We do not sell customer information.

05

Browser storage and analytics

Your browser stores your cart and display preferences so they can persist between visits. Temporary payment-reference information is used to complete checkout. Clearing browser storage may remove your saved cart or preferences.

When configured, Google Analytics measures visits and shopping interactions and may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can manage site storage and tracking through your browser settings or tracking protections. Blocking these technologies may affect some features.

06

Retention and security

We retain order and support information for as long as it is needed for fulfilment, customer service, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Retention may differ between order records, messages and technical logs; contact us if you would like a review of information held about you.

We restrict administrative access and use secure connections and payment providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Never share your order lookup details publicly, and contact us if you suspect misuse.

07

Your choices and complaints

You may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details or deletion of information that no longer needs to be retained. You may also raise an objection to the use of your information. We may need to verify your identity and explain any legal or operational reason we cannot immediately fulfil a request.

Send requests to swiftshieldshop@gmail.com. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, you can contact Ghana’s Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.org.gh.
